Mormor was cleaning the other day and Nevan wanted to help, so he got put in the sink where he could watch what was going on and clean himself and get the floor ready for mopping too.

Super Heros in the Snow
So we had another snowfall that only lasted for a few hours, but what an hour or so of fun the kids had! We put their superhero capes on over their snow suits and jackets and let them work off some of their energy. By the time they were done the snow was almost all gone and their capes and jackets were drenched. Especially Nevan who kept trying to crawl around in it and pick it up.
Keileigh receives a Package
Keileigh was really excited to receive a special package from Grandma. The kids had a blast with their super hero capes and Keileigh got a fairy blanket with matching pajamas. She's also wearing her new nightgown from Mommy that has sort of become a tradition of a nightgown and dress from Mommy for her birthday. She also got a new Kimberbell doll named "Anne" with a nightgown to match Keileigh's, but the pictures won't stay rotated and I'm still trying to figure it out.

Keileigh's Birthday and Snow Princess
Nevan in the Snow
First Snow
This is the day after we got there, there was some snow on the ground, just a little patch, but the kids wanted to test out their new jackets. Knut had seen snow before, about two years ago, but Keileigh had been sick and hadn't wanted to do anything on that trip but snuggle close.
Snowballs! Now what?
Snowballs! Now what?
The Big Move
Sorry, it has been a while again, so this goes in spurts and waits, but we're still here and still getting settled in. I'm just going to post a few pictures with the stories behind them, but we have arrived.
We started out with three drivers and three vehicles, went through 5 states, passed by 7 temples, crossed several rivers, dealt with two carsick kids, 5 of the 7 of us got a flu at the end, dealt with a power outage and "snow with mountains underneath."
Driving away from the house for the very last time
Our last Sacrament meeting in CA, Boyd's blessing
The set up in the car, Keileigh and Nevan needed the most attention so Knut got the backseat all to himself and did very well just watching the scenery and reading his books
Little button pusher at the hotel, also Knut took this picture, he wanted to push buttons too
Swimming, the kids had a blast
Breakfast before visiting the cheese factory after the power came back on
Something they ate turned their tongues different colors
This is how well he did sitting in the back, he loved reading the "Thomas Seek and Find" book they received from Grandma
White stuff all over
Welcome to Idaho!

All caught up (Mostly)
Ok, that takes us up to the move, which I think I'm doing pretty good if I've gotten all that done and I'm only three weeks behind. I still have to get the pictures off of the camera to organize them first, but we've got some great shots of the kids first snowball fight and Nevan's introduction to snow. Lots of good stuff coming up soon.
Tooty-Ta
We took a break in the midst of packing to go to Music and Movement time and one of the songs they were doing in the month of January was "Tooty-Ta", which for those of you that remember is like "Singing in the Rain" from Girl's Camp or Girl's Scouts. This version just says the actions to the music and the kids get to dance to the upbeat music. Knut loved this song and will still dance to it, Keileigh thought we were crazy and Nevan just clapped, since he's just learned how to do that.
Thumbs up!
Elbows back!
Feet Apart!
Knees together! (for knut it looked the same as feet apart)
Butt up!
Tongue out!
Eyes Shut and turn around! He tried really hard, but he had to peek.
