My mom is awesome. When they came down this week, she actually handed me Knut's birthday present all wrapped and ready to go and a fun pan to make his birthday cake. His birthday isn't until July and I haven't even started to think about what we're going to get for him or how we're going to celebrate.
She also gave the kids some fun summer outfits and a letter for each of them. Keileigh loved the letter more than the outfit and had to hold hers to read it over and over. She would pick up the envelope and say, "Grandma," and then pull the letter out, unfold it and say (as if reading it), "Grandma, Grandma, Grandma." Knut immediately had to put on one of his new shirts that had a car on it, but he didn't want to stand still for a picture.
